Leadership Development and Coaching
The working world is being reshaped by society, technology and shared global challenges. Those driving your organisation need to develop strategic capability, at the same time as solving complex problems with empathy.
We provide bespoke services to build and develop senior management teams. We support leaders to build capacity, increase self-awareness, enhance confidence and improve resilience.
We do this through group learning using the Action Learning model and 1:1 leadership coaching. We also design and deliver interactive workshops to upskill and support through periods of strategic transition.

Whilst we specialise in transformation, leadership development and change management; it's people that are at the heart of everything we do. We are proud to collaborate alongside a network of expert advisors in behavioural science, leadership, and development. Through these relationships, we are able to share best practice, discover emerging approaches and play a part in thought leadership for the social sector. MEET SARAH

Sarah Copeland
Sarah is Brightheld's Director and Principal Consultant. She has over 25 years of experience in senior positions in the Charity and Public sector; leading development, change and operational teams. Sarah is an accredited Project Manager, a qualified Change Management Practictioner and an Executive Facilitator (Action Learning model). She is a proud fellow of the School for Social Entrepreneurs and has founded three not-for-profit organisations.
Part of the founding global team behind the collaborative change framework now embedded in the APMG syllabus, she brings deep experience of strategic change — partnering with Boards and Senior Leaders to shape and deliver complex programmes. A co‑creation specialist who has led transformation across local government, charities and social enterprises, she is currently the Strategic Lead for Change at one of the UK’s largest private philanthropic trusts.
